Notice of Entry into Possession of the Property at 80 Riselaw Road, Dunedin
Pursuant to Section 104DD of the Property Law Act 1952
The National Bank of New Zealand Limited at Wellington being the mortgagee, pursuant to mortgage No. 871993/3, hereby gives notice that on or about 19th day of July 2000, it took possession of the property owned by David Frederick Stewart and Karen Irene Stewart at 80 Riselaw Road, Dunedin, being the property comprised in certificate of title 14D/691 (Otago Land Registry).
Communications relating to the mortgaged property may be forwarded to the bank’s solicitors, Harman & Co, P.O. Box 13-151, Christchurch, for the attention of K. Standage.

Animal Products (Ancillary and Transitional Provisions) Act 1999
Approval for the Use of a Drug or Substance for the Prevention or Treatment of Disease in Bees
Notice No. 1162

Section 62 (1) of the Animal Products (Ancillary and Transitional Provisions) Act 1999 provides that “No person may use any drug, substance, or mixture of substances for the prevention or treatment of any disease in bees, other than a drug for the time being approved for that purpose pursuant to subsection (2).”

Section 62 (2) of the Animal Products (Ancillary and Transitional Provisions) Act 1999 provides that “The Minister may from time to time, by notice in the New Zealand Gazette, approve the use, subject to such conditions as the Minister specifies, of any specified drug for the prevention or treatment of any specified disease.”
Pursuant to section 62 of the Animal Products (Ancillary and Transitional Provisions) Act 1999, I approve the use of the drug Apistan for the prevention or treatment of varroa (“Varroa Jacobsoni”), subject to the following conditions:
- Importers, manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers of the product must operate in all respects as if the product was a pesticide registered under the Pesticides Act 1979.
- The Pesticides Board must approve final labels before product is distributed, sold or used.
- Use must be in accordance with the label directions.
- The product must not be used when honey supers are present, to manage the risk of chemical residues occurring in beeswax, comb honey and propolis.
- A residue monitoring programme must be put in place to collect data to support setting a New Zealand maximum residue limit for honey, comb honey, beeswax and propolis.
