David Bryden Davidson and Richard Dale Agnew, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, 66 Wyndham Street (Private Bag 92-162), Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of income of Brocton Holdings Limited on the 3rd day of August 2000, under the terms of a mortgage.

The property in receivership is all of the income relating to the company’s half share in the land in the certificate of title 854/149 (North Auckland Land Registry).
