Airworthiness Directive
Pursuant to section 721(3)(a) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, and to a delegation from the Director of Civil Aviation, I, Geoffrey Neil Connor, Safety Analyst-Continuing Airworthiness, hereby issue the following airworthiness directive in respect of an aircraft:

This airworthiness directive shall come into force on 3 August 2000.
Airworthiness directives may be viewed on the CAA web site (www.caa.govt.nz) or at Aviation House, 1 Market Grove, Lower Hutt, Wellington.

Transit New Zealand Act 1989
Revoking Section of State Highway, Declaring New Section of State Highway—State Highway No. 3, Te Awamutu
Pursuant to section 60 of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, the Transit New Zealand Authority gives notice that the section of State Highway No. 3 described in the First Schedule hereto, is revoked and the section of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, is declared to be State Highway No. 3 within the meaning and for the purpose of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989.
First Schedule
At Te Awamutu, that section of State Highway No. 3 commencing at the intersection of Ohaupo Road and Arawata Street (Route Position 16/10.33) and proceeding in a generally south-westerly direction along Arawata Street to its intersection with Sloane Street, then in a generally southerly direction along Sloane Street to its intersection with Park Road (Route Position 16/11.15); a distance of 820 metres.
Second Schedule
State Highway No. 3 to include the section of recently re-formed road at Te Awamutu commencing at its intersection with State Highway No. 3 (Route Position 16/10.33) and proceeding generally in a south-easterly direction to its intersection with Sloane Street (Route Position 16/11.24); a distance of 906 metres.

Amendment to Transit New Zealand Bylaw 2000/8 : Bylaw Regulating the Speed of Vehicles on State Highways: Transit New Zealand Regions 3 and 4
Pursuant to section 61(3) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, Transit New Zealand hereby amends the above bylaw as follows:
Amendment

This amendment shall come into force 28 days after its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

In the First Schedule following clause 4, insert:
The section of State Highway No. 2 that is at Matata, commencing at a point (Route Position 209/13.56) 420 metres north-west of Kaokaoroa Street proceeding in a generally south-easterly direction to a point (Route Position 223/1.17) 150 metres east of Pollen Street; a distance of 1.95 kilometres.
This amendment is made by delegated authority from the Transit New Zealand Authority.

First Schedule
The section of State Highway No. 60 in Tasman District commencing at a point 150 metres east of its intersection with Maiseys Road (Route Position 0/9.63) and proceeding in a northerly, then easterly direction to a point 205 metres south of its intersection with Bronte Road East (Route Position 0/11.80); a distance of 2.38 kilometres.
Second Schedule
State Highway No. 60 to include the section of newly constructed road in Tasman District, commencing at a point 150 metres east of its intersection with Maiseys Road (Route Position 0/9.63) and proceeding in a westerly, then northerly direction to a point 205 metres south of its intersection with Bronte Road East (Route Position 0/11.80); a distance of 2.02 kilometres.
