The scheme has been approved by the Attorney-General, pursuant to the Charitable Trust Act 1957.

The committee’s application for approval of the scheme has been set down for hearing at the High Court in Wellington on Tuesday, the 19th day of September at 10.00 a.m.

Any person desiring to oppose the scheme must give written notice of intention to do so to the Registrar of the Court at Masterton, the trustee of the Morisons Bush Hall committee and the Attorney-General not less than 7 clear days before the 19th day of September 2000.

This notice is given by Wollerman Cooke & McClure, Solicitors, 126 Main Street (P.O. Box 4), Greytown, on behalf of the trustee of the Morisons Bush Hall Committee.
