On the 25th day of July 2000, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Home Building Services Limited be liquidated and that Thomas Lee Rodewald and Sheree Ann Jefferson, chartered accountants of Te Puke, be appointed as joint and several liquidators for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on the 25th day of July 2000 at 4.30 p.m.
