Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

Address of Registered Office: 301 Queen Street East, Hastings.

The liquidators have completed the liquidation and the Registrar is required to remove the company from the Register, under section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the liquidators have delivered to the Registrar the documents referred to in section 257 (1) (a) of the Act.

Any objection to the removal must be delivered to the Registrar no later than the 31st day of July 2000.
