Land Acquired for Limited Access Road—State Highway No. 1, Crichton, Otago District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares, pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981 and an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for limited access road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, has become road, limited access road and part of State Highway No. 1 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road to be Stopped—Loburn-Whiterock Road, Waimakariri District
Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portions of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and:
(a) The land firstly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 19B/974, subject to mortgage No. A. 312332.6 and mortgage No. A. 312332.7.
(b) The land secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 20F/79, subject to mortgage No. A. 312332.6 and mortgage No. A. 312332.7.
