Reserves Act 1977

Change of Classification Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby changes the classification of that reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from recreation reserve to local purpose reserve (community use), subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, a sewer drainage easement is acquired over the land described in the Schedule to this notice and appurtenant to C.T. 56A/866 from the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, forms part of State Highway No. 1 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
