Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (l) of the Companies Act 1993

On the 11th day of July 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Waterlea Rest Home Limited be liquidated and that Matthew John Kerr, chartered accountant of Blenheim, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on the 11th day of July 2000.

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that by way of entry in the minute book of the above-named company, in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the members of Concept Retailing Limited passed a special resolution on the 6th day of July 2000, winding up the company and appointed Warwick John Ainger, chartered accountant of Ainger Tomlin, Chartered Accountants, Christchurch, as liquidator of the company with effect from the 6th day of July 2000.
