Pursuant to section 30 (6) of the Pork Industry Board Act 1997, I hereby notify that I have, by written notice to the New Zealand Pork Industry Board, prescribed the terms of reference for the Board’s 2000 performance and efficiency audit pursuant to section 30 (5) of that Act.

On 6 March 2000 in the District Court at Otahuhu, Her Honour Judge H. M. Simpson ordered that the following motor vehicle be forfeited to the Crown, pursuant to section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985:
