Notice is hereby given that on the 3rd day of July 2000, Leonard Peter Knowles, associate chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed receiver and manager of all of the property of Landmark Resources Limited, under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 19th day of August 1998 given by that company.

The property in receivership is all the company’s assets and undertaking.
