On the 1st day of June 2000 at the District Court at Opotiki, an order was made against Simon Snowden, of 10 Stanley Place, Opotiki, to confiscate a

Honda Prelude motor vehicle, registration No. RN 845.

Anyone who has a legal interest in this vehicle should contact the Registrar at the Court urgently, as the Registrar may sell the vehicle.

The vehicle is forfeited to the Crown, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
