I, Trevor Nelson Cameron, give notice that on the 29th day of June 2000 at 1.00 p.m., I was appointed receiver of all assets, property, revenues and undertaking (“the property”) of Maxwell Contract Warehousing Auckland Limited, and of any business conducted using the property under the debenture dated the 26th day of July 2000 in favour of St Pauls Property and Investments Limited as assignee of the debenture.

Brief Description of the Property: All assets, property, revenues and undertaking of Maxwell Contract Warehousing Auckland Limited including lease of 4/1 Mono Place Road, Ellerslie, Auckland.
