Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle
Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985

On the 19th day of January 2000, at the District Court at Rotorua, Shane Henry of 1465 Hamurana Road, Rotorua, was convicted and sentenced to 6 months imprisonment and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver’s licence for 1 year from 19 January 2000, following his conviction on 19 January 2000, for an offence of driving while disqualified (1) and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge C. J. McGuire has ordered that a Corolla motor vehicle, registration No. LQ 8669 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, shall be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Rotorua or a Bailiff of the District Court, Rotorua, by 4.00 p.m. on the 19th day of January 2000.

On the 18th day of January 2000, at the District Court at Rotorua, Harley Fletcher of 18A Nikau Road, Auckland, was convicted and sentenced to 6 months periodic detention and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver’s licence for 12 months from the 7th day of April 2000, following an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol (1), driving while disqualified (1), and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge McGuire has ordered that a Honda Integra motor vehicle, registration No. ST 3563 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, shall be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Rotorua or a Bailiff of the District Court, Rotorua, by 4.00 p.m. on the 18th day of January 2000.
