Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Gary Traveller and Maurice George Noone of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Level One, Forsyth Barr House, The Octagon (P.O. Box 5848), Dunedin, were appointed receivers of Sutton Workshops Limited on the 5th day of November 1999, under the terms of a debenture.

The property in receivership is all of the company’s undertakings, property and assets.
