Pursuant to Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares, pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, forms part of State Highway No. 6 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Amending a Gazette Notice Declaring Land Acquired for a Car Park in Kapiti Borough

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 13 November 1997, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 20 November 1997, No. 163, at page 3876, by adding to the end of the recital (as amended by the notice dated 28 January 1998, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 5 February 1998, No. 23, at page 526) the words “subject to the Communications Easement in gross created by Transfer B. 144443.1”.
