Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991

Notice of Approval for Land to be Sold, Otherwise Disposed Of or Modified, Pursuant to Section 5 of the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991

Pursuant to section 5 of the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991, I, Sandra Lee, Minister of Conservation, hereby approve the sale of the following parcels of land currently vested in the Grey District Council, being part of land described in Part C of the Schedule to the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991, under the description “Greymouth Harbour Lands” and being more particularly described in the Schedules marked “A”.

Schedule A

Residential land proposed for sale by the Grey District Council, pursuant to the Reserves and Other Lands Disposal Act 1982 and Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1999.

In terms of section 5 (2) (c) of the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991, the approval shall take effect on the date of this notice.

Reserves Act 1977

Amendment to a Notice Appointing the Bay of Islands Maritime and Historic Park Board to Control and Manage Reserves

Pursuant to the section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, Northland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby amends an error in the New Zealand Gazette of 7 June 1979, No. 49, page 1758, by omitting from the Schedule in the said notice the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Motukiekie Island—Bay of Islands County

28.8338 hectares, more or less, being Motukiekie Island, being all the land on D.P. 1168, situated in Block XIV, Bay of Islands Survey District. All certificate of title 616/128.

Vesting Reserve in Queenstown Lakes District Council

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation vests the reserve described in the Schedule in the Queenstown Lakes District, in trust for recreation purposes.

Land Information New Zealand

Local Government Act 1974

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road—Oporo Flat, Southland District

Pursuant to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Trevor Knowles, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the land described in the Schedule to this notice has been transferred to the Crown by the Southland District Council, pursuant to the said section 323, and on publication of this notice, the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.
