Nissan Skyline motor vehicle, registration No. YU 9022 owned by the afore-mentioned defendant, Leon George Rogers, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.

On the 6th day of June 2000 at the District Court at Tauranga, Malcolm Tracey Ashley of 18 Jones Street, Tauranga, was convicted and sentenced to 6 months imprisonment to be followed by 9 months supervision and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver’s licence indefinitely from 6 June 2000, following his conviction on 6 June 2000 for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol having been convicted at least twice previously, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge I. B. Thomas has ordered that a

Toyota Hiace motor vehicle, registration No. LF 974 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Malcolm Tracey Ashley, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.

The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 6th day of June 2000.

Notice of Review of Need for Continued Imposition of Anti-Dumping Duty: Automotive Oil Filters From the United States of America

I hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 14 (8) of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988, and under delegated authority from the Secretary of Commerce, I have initiated a review of the need for the continued imposition of anti-dumping duty on the goods described in the Schedule to this notice. Anti-dumping duty was imposed by the Minister of Commerce in a notice dated 27 November 1992, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 3 December 1992, and reassessed in notices dated 3 July 1994, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 14 July 1994 and 8 April 1996, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 23 April 1996.
