Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of recreation and Māori cultural activities, to be known as the Harata Rameka reservation for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Harata Rameka.

North Auckland Land District

All that piece of land situated in Block IX, Kerikeri Survey District and described as follows:

Area Being
Part Kaihiki 1C, being part of the land contained in partition order of the Māori Land Court dated 29 June 1911, certificate of title, Volume 289, folio 195.

Pursuant to section 338 (2) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby declared to be included in the existing Māori reservation in respect of the land known as part Wharepuhunga 7A2 and 9A2A, Lot A3 which was set apart for the purpose of a papakāinga for the common use and benefit of the Ngati-Raukawa tribe by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 20, page 598 of the 6th day of April 1966.

South Auckland Land District

All that piece of land situated and described as follows:

Part Wharepuhunga 7A2 and 9A2A, Lot 3, as shown on M.L. Plan 22372, situate in Block XVI, Punu Survey District, as described in certificate of title, Volume 6D, folio 1425, South Auckland Registry.

All that piece of land situated and described as follows:

Area Being
Part Wharepuhunga 7A2 and 9A2A, Lot 3, as shown on M.L. Plan 22372, situate in Block XVI, Punu Survey District, as described in certificate of title, Volume 6D, folio 1425, South Auckland Registry.

Pursuant to section 338 (5) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby declared to be excluded from the existing Māori reservation in respect of the land known as part Wharepuhunga 7A2 and 9A2A, Lot A3 which was set apart for the purpose of a papakāinga for the common use and benefit of the Ngati-Raukawa tribe by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 20, page 598 of the 6th day of April 1966.

Public Works Act 1981

Road Realignment in the District of Southland—Papatotara Coast Road

Pursuant to section 114 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Southland District Council.
