Declaration Acquiring Land for Road and Road to be Stopped and Amalgamated in the Adjoining Title—Chaslands Highway, Otago District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, declares that:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby declared road, and shall vest in the Clutha District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3) (b), declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice is to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 17D/102, subject to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and memorandum of mortgage 979494.3.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (7) declares:

(i) The road firstly and thirdly described in the third schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in a notice in New Zealand Gazette 1984, No. 91, page 1788.

(ii) The road secondly and fourthly described in the third schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in a notice in New Zealand Gazette 1983, No. 139, page 2916.

Land Acquired for Road—Hume Street, Christchurch

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and vested in the Christchurch City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Land and Easement Acquired—State Highway No. 12, Maungaturoto, Kaipara District

Pursuant to sections 20 and 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into:

(a) The land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for sewage purposes and vested in the Kaipara District Council on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) A right of way easement in gross is acquired over the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice upon the terms and conditions described in the Third Schedule to this notice vesting in the Kaipara District Council for sewage purposes on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
