Notice is hereby given, in pursuance to section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that by way of entry in the minute book of the above-named company in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the members of North West Garden Centre Limited passed a special resolution winding up the company and appointed David Donald Crichton and Keiran Anne Horne, chartered accountants of Christchurch Horne & Associates, Christchurch, as joint and individual liquidators of the company.

The liquidation commenced on the 24th day of May 2000.
