Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Above Companies From the Overseas Register

Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned applicant, propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 341 (1) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of Scuba Industries of Australia Pty Limited and Diving Solutions Pty Limited from the New Zealand Overseas Register on the grounds that these companies have ceased to carry on business in New Zealand.

The existing business of Scuba Industries of Australia Pty Limited NZ Branch and Diving Solutions Pty Limited NZ Branch were transferred to Aquanaut Pty Limited NZ Branch with effect from the 1st day of May 2000.

Unless written objection to such removal, pursuant to section 341 (1) of the Act, is sent or delivered to the Registrar at Auckland by the 28th day of August 2000 (being a date not less than 3 months from the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
