Arterial, Western Bay of Plenty District

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for use in connection with a road and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette, subject to Gazette Notice S. 477228, together with the rights contained in order H. 828893 and easement certificate H. 884589.3 and subject to and together with the rights contained in easement certificate H. 959949.2.
