Pursuant to Section 295 (2) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is given that it is intended to remove from the New Zealand Register the above-named company, which has its registered office at Level Fourteen, 113-119 The Terrace, Wellington.

The removal is by request, pursuant to section 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), on the grounds that the liquidation has been completed and the document referred to in section 231 (1) (a) of the Act, namely the liquidators’ final report and account, has been sent to the Registrar of Companies.

The date by which an objection to the removal, pursuant to section 296 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar is the 16th day of June 2000.
