Declaration of Dissolution of an Incorporated Society

Pursuant to Section 28 (1) of the Incorporated Society Act 1908

The Registrar of Incorporated Societies is satisfied that Te Hau Ora O Kaikohe Incorporated Society (AK. 836551) has ceased to carry on its operations and accordingly as from the date of this declaration it has been dissolved.

Pursuant to Section 28 (3) of the Incorporated Society Act 1908

The Registrar of Incorporated Societies is satisfied that the declaration of dissolution dated on the 28th day of July 1993 for The Cooper Car Club Of NZ Incorporated Society WN. 218844 has been revoked accordingly from the date of this declaration.

Trade Indemnity New Zealand Limited

Proposed Release of Deposit
Pursuant to the Life Insurance Act 1908

Trade Indemnity New Zealand Limited (hereinafter called “the company”), has given notice to the public trustee that it has ceased to carry on the business of insurance in New Zealand and that it proposes to withdraw, pursuant to section 19 of the Act, the deposit which has been made by it with the public trustee.

The public trustee therefore gives notice, pursuant to section 12 of the Act, that being satisfied that all liabilities of the company in New Zealand in respect of such insurance business have been fully liquidated or provided for, he proposes to release to the company on or after the 20th day of June 2000, the amount deposited with him by the company.

Any objections to the release of the amount deposited should be lodged with the public trustee at the Public Trust Office, 117-125 Lambton Quay, Wellington 1, on or before the 5th day of June 2000.

Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of Reserves Management Plans

The Director General of Conservation gives notice of his intention to revoke the following management plans, under section 40A (4) (b) of the Reserves Act 1977:

  • The Antipodes Islands Nature Reserve Management Plan 1983

  • The Auckland Islands Nature Reserve Management Plan 1987

  • Bounty Islands Nature Reserve Management Plan 1982

  • Campbell Island Nature Reserve Management Plan 1983

  • Snares Island Nature Reserve Management Plan 1984

  • Glenburnie Bush Scenic Reserve Management Plan 1983

  • Leithen Bush Scenic Reserve Management Plan 1984

The reason for revocation is that the management plans have been superseded by approved Conservation Management Strategies.

Any person may make a written submission objecting to the revocation of the management plans, and may request to be heard in support of their submission.

Submissions close on 13 June 2000, and should be forwarded to: The Conservator, Southland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, P.O. Box 743, Invercargill (Attention: Tony Lockwood).
