Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

The liquidators have fixed the 31st day of May 2000, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
