Road Realignment in the District of Southland—Gap Road

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Southland District Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3), declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 11A/3 Southland Registry, subject to all existing encumbrances thereon.

(c) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the portion of land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken for severance and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 11A/3 Southland Registry, subject to all existing encumbrances thereon.
