Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle
Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985

On the 5th day of April 2000 at the District Court at Tauranga, Paul Maurice O’Callaghan, mechanic, of 32A May Street, Mt Maunganui, was convicted and fined $300.00, Court costs $130.00 and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver’s licence for 6 months from 5 April 2000, following his conviction on 5 April 2000 for an offence of driving while disqualified, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Community Magistrates K. Hurley and R. Paterson have ordered that a
Suzuki motor cycle (white), registration No. 60 RMJ
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Paul Maurice O’Callaghan, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 5th day of April 2000.

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on the 26th day of April 2000.

- Title and Commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Resource Management (Approval of UnitedNetworks Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 2000.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the 7th day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
- Approval as Requiring Authority—UnitedNetworks Limited is hereby approved as a requiring authority, under section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, for its network utility operation of the distribution and transmission by pipeline of natural and manufactured gas.
