Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of a meeting place for wananga, to be known as Operepe Tuanua, for the common use and benefit of kaitiaki of the Te Parawhau Iwi.

Road Realignment—Lindis (State Highway No. 8)
District of Central Otago
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, forms part of State Highway No. 8, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares that the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is hereby declared road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, forms part of State Highway No. 8, and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(c) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3) (a), declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 15B/184, subject to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, caveat 945975.1, memorandum of mortgage 984313.2 and memorandum of mortgage 703265.2.
