Notice is hereby given that on the 31st day of March 2000, Errol Leonard Tuffery was appointed joint liquidator by shareholders’ resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”).

On the 18th day of April 2000, Errol Leonard Tuffery resigned as liquidator and appointed Brendon James Gibson and Stephen Mark Lawrence as joint and several liquidators, pursuant to section 283 (2) of the Companies Act 1993.
