Notice is hereby given that on the 12th day of April 2000, John Lawrence Vague and Graeme George McDonald, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of Aretna Holdings Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 25th day of August 1999, which property consists of all assets, property and undertaking of the company (including its uncalled and unpaid capital).

Notice is also given that on the 14th day of April 2000, John Lawrence Vague and Graeme George McDonald, chartered accountants of Auckland, ceased to act as receivers and managers of the above-named company.
