Change of the Classification of Part of a Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Canterbury Conservancy of the Department of Conservation changes the classification of that part of the reserve described in the Schedule, from recreation to local purpose (public utility) reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.
