(ii) In the northbound direction commencing at a point (Route Position 326/8.49) at the Wellington Street Underpass and extending to a point (Route Position 326/3.77) approximately 305 metres south of the southern abutment of the Onepoto Stream Bridge; a distance of 4.72 kilometres.

That section of State Highway No. 17 at Silverdale commencing at its junction with State Highway No. 1 at the Silverdale Interchange (Reference Station 16) and extending in a generally southerly direction to a point (Route Position 16/0.11) 110 metres south of the Silverdale Interchange; a distance of 110 metres.

That section of State Highway No. 18 at North Shore City commencing at a point (Route Position 0/0.30) approximately 270 metres east of Caribbean Drive and extending in a generally westerly direction to a point (Route Position 0/2.20) approximately 150 metres east of the Albany Highway; a distance of 1.9 kilometres.

That section of State Highway No. 20 at Manukau City commencing at a point on Wiri Station Road (Route Position 0/2.62) 50 metres west of Ash Road and extending along Wiri Station Road and Roscommon Road, along Roscommon Road in a generally north-westerly direction for a distance of approximately 700 metres, thence along State Highway No. 20 in a generally north-westerly direction to a point (Route Position 0/5.01) 340 metres south-east of the intersection of State Highway No. 20 and Puhinui Road; a total distance of 2.39 kilometres.
This bylaw was made by resolution passed by the Transit New Zealand Authority at a meeting held in Wellington on the 5th day of April 2000.

Bylaw Regulating the Speed of Vehicles on State Highways: Transit New Zealand Regions 3 and 4
Pursuant to Section 61 (3) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, Transit New Zealand hereby makes the following bylaw:
Bylaw

Title and commencement—This bylaw may be cited as the Transit New Zealand (Speed of Vehicles on State Highways) Bylaw 2000/8 and shall come into force 28 days after its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Interpretation—In this bylaw: “vehicle” has the same meaning as in the Transport Act 1962.

Limiting speed of vehicles on State highways—No person shall drive or take or permit to be driven or taken any vehicle:
(a) At a speed exceeding 60 kilometres per hour on the sections of State highway described in the First Schedule to this bylaw; or
(b) At a speed exceeding 80 kilometres per hour on the sections of State highway described in the Second Schedule to this bylaw.
First Schedule
- The section of State Highway No. 1 that is:
(a) At Hamilton commencing at a point (Route Position 452/5.57) 40 metres north of Rotokauri Road proceeding in a generally south-easterly direction to a point (Route Position 459/0.82) 160 metres south of Killarney Road; a distance of 3.77 kilometres.
(b) At Hamilton commencing at a point (Route Position 459/1.72) 80 metres north of the intersection of State Highway No. 1 (Greenwood Street/Kahikatea Drive) with Kahikatea Drive proceeding in a generally easterly direction to a point (Route Position 462/0.57) 40 metres north-east of the intersection of State Highway No. 1 (Lorne Street/Normandy Avenue) with State Highway No. 3 On Ramp (Normandy Avenue); a distance of 2.51 kilometres.
(c) At Hamilton commencing at a point (Route Position 463/2.43) 180 metres west of Howell Avenue proceeding in a generally easterly direction to a point (Route Position 467/0.64) 70 metres south of Riverlea Road; a distance of 1.58 kilometres.
- The section of State Highway No. 3 that is:
(a) At Hamilton commencing at Kahikatea Drive (Route Position 0/0.0) proceeding in a generally southerly direction to Resthill Crescent (Route Position 0/2.17); a distance of 2.17 kilometres.
(b) At Hamilton (State Highway No. 3 On Ramp) commencing at the intersection of Normandy Avenue and Lorne Street (Route Position 0/0.0) proceeding in a generally southerly direction to the intersection of Normandy Avenue and Ohaupo Road (Route Position 0/0.68); a distance of 680 metres.

The section of State Highway No. 5 that is at Rotorua commencing at Barnard Road (Route Position 47/0.00) proceeding in a generally southerly direction to Lake Road (Route Position 47/1.85); a distance of 1.85 kilometres.
