Misuse of Drugs Act 1975

Revoking the Prohibition from Prescribing Controlled Drugs

Pursuant to section 23 (3) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, I, Annette King, Minister of Health, hereby revoke the notice issued on 17 February 1997 that prohibits the prescribing of the controlled drugs, dextromoramide, alfentanil, fentanyl, morphine, buprenorphine, pethidine, pentazocine and methadone, and any of their salts or derivatives by Dr Keith Bradford Laubscher, medical practitioner of Hamilton.
