Amending a Notice Acquiring Land for Road in Palmerston North City

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 4 October 1999, acquiring land for road in Palmerston North City, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 14 October 1999, No. 150 at page 3598, by:

(a) deleting the word “tennet” in the heading and substituting the word “Tennent”; and

(b) deleting the figure “4” as the area in the second description of land taken for road and substituting the figure “14”; and

(c) deleting the Gazette notice registration reference “B. 305003.1” from the description of the second area of land taken for road and substituting the Gazette notice registration reference “B. 308003.1”.
