Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations Act 1998

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) (d) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 22 December 1998, which was granted under those regulations to Kim Lawrence in respect to Te Rawhiti Kindergarten, 60336, situated at 98-100 Rawhiti Road, Pukerua Bay. The centre has moved premises.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
