Take notice that on Monday, the 13th day of December 1999, an application for putting Parkway Construction Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Level One, Centrewy, Victoria Street, Cambridge, into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.

This application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on Monday, the 6th day of March 2000 at 10.45 a.m.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
