Land Acquired for Road and Road to be Stopped and Amalgamated—State Highway No. 87, Dunedin City and Central Otago District

Pursuant to Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 87 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further declares:

(i) The areas firstly, fourthly, fifthly and sixthly described shall be amalgamated in the land in certificate of title No. 17C/544 subject to mortgage 907466.3; and

(ii) The areas secondly and thirdly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 9C/1472 subject to mortgage 907466.3.

Land and Easement Acquired for Water Pumpstation—State Highway No. 12, Kaikohe, Far North District

Pursuant to sections 20 (1) and 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into:

(a) The land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for water pump station site and vested in the Far North District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Right to convey water in pipeline easement in gross is acquired for water supply purposes over the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice vesting in the Far North District Council on the terms described in the Third Schedule to this notice on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
