Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned liquidator of de Lacey Furnishing Company Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at 32 Onepu Lane, Whangaparaoa, intend to deliver to the Registrar of Companies the final reports and statements referred to in paragraph 257(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, with the intent that the company be removed from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to paragraph 318(1)(e) of the Act, on the grounds that the liquidation of the company has been completed.

Unless written objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, is delivered to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland by the 5th day of May 2000, the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
