Subsequent to the director resolving that the company would, on the appointment of liquidators, be able to pay their debts, Richard Dale Agnew and David Bryden Davidson, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the company by special resolution of the shareholder on the 28th day of March 2000, the date the liquidation commenced.

This notice is given, pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993.

Please take notice that:

1. The company, CCCYA Limited, was placed into liquidation at 9.00 a.m. on the 31st day of March 2000, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.

2. Jon Charles Ash, chartered accountant of Lock & Partners at Auckland, was appointed liquidator as at 9.00 a.m. on the 31st day of March 2000.

3. On the 31st day of March 2000, a copy of the resolution passed by the board of directors as required by section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, was filed in the Companies Office at Auckland on the 30th day of March 2000.

   (b) The directors have signed a certificate, pursuant to section 243 (9) of the Companies Act 1993. The company is solvent and the liquidation is part of a restructuring.

   (c) No meeting of creditors will be held unless the liquidator receives notice in writing within 10 working days after the date of service of this notice.
