On the 30th day of March 2000, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to paragraph 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that de Lacey Furnishings Co. Limited be liquidated and that Paul Andrew de Lacey of Paul de Lacey & Associates, chartered accountants, be appointed liquidator.
