On the 30th day of March 2000 at the District Court at Tauranga, Koro Sidney Raimona Tukaki of 233 Main Road, Paengaroa, Te Puke, was convicted and fined $750.00 and Court costs of $130.00 and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver’s licence indefinitely from 30 March 2000, following his conviction on 30 March 2000, for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, A.
