Revocation of Dissolution of Charitable Trust
Pursuant Section 26 (3) of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957

The Registrar of Incorporated Societies is satisfied that the declaration of dissolution dated the 11th day of November 1999 of WAIKATO BRANCH FEDERATION OF UNIVERSITY WOMEN CHARITABLE TRUST INCORPORATED HN. 442141, was made in error and on the 30th day of March 2000, made a declaration of revocation of dissolution as from that date.

The Incorporated Societies Act 1908

On the 24th day of March 2000, it was resolved by special resolution that Napier Bowling Club Inc. be liquidated and that John Richard Palairet, chartered accountant of Napier, be appointed as liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on the 28th day of March 2000. Creditors and members may make direct inquiries to me during normal business hours at the address and telephone number stated below.

The members have resolved that the club will be able to pay its debts.

The Registrar of Incorporated Societies is satisfied that the declaration of dissolution dated the 15th day of June 1988 of PUKEOWARE PROGRESSIVE LEAGUE INCORPORATED AK. 222832, was made in error and on the 30th day of March 2000, made a declaration of revocation of dissolution as from that date.

Notice of Proposal to Promote an Indicative Referendum Petition

Pursuant to section 7 of the Citizens Initiated Referenda Act 1993, I give notice that I have received from Raymond Walter Lorenzen a proposal to promote an indicative referendum petition.

The wording of the question proposed to be put to voters in an indicative referendum is:

“Should the Government ban the sale and distribution of tobacco products?”

Comment is invited on this wording.
