Advertisement of Application for Putting Company into Liquidation

Take notice that on the 8th day of March 2000, an application for putting Remarkable Fashions Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on the 1st day of May 2000 at 9.30 a.m.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.

Ronald Aubrey passed away in September 1999 and Raymond Fright retired on the 30th day of September 1999.
