Notice is hereby given that, subsequent to a resolution as to solvency and in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company on the 28th day of March 2000, appointed Graeme George McDonald and John Lawrence Vague, chartered accountants of Auckland, jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company.
