Amending a Notice Relating a Road

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 15 February 2000, realigning a road, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 24 February 2000, No. 15 at page 385, by deleting the word “Road” from the First Schedule “Land Acquired for Road” and substituting it with the following:

“Reserve”.
