On the 21st day of March 2000 at the District Court at Tauranga, Terence Cuan Martick of 22B College Place, Windermere, Tauranga, was convicted and sentenced to 12 months imprisonment and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver’s licence indefinitely, pursuant to section 65 of the Land Transport Act 1998, from 21 March 2000, following his conviction on 28 February 2000 for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol, having been convicted on at least 2 previous occasions, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge D.
