Notice is given that on the 21st day of March 2000, a special resolution was passed by the company stating that the company be wound up voluntarily and Karen Betty Mason and David Malcolm Marshall be appointed as liquidators.

A solvency certificate has been filed in accordance with section 243 (9) of the Companies Act 1993.
