(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares that the lands described in the First Schedule to this notice are acquired for road and shall vest in the Waikato District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 883/2 (limited as to parcels), subject to the encumbrances thereon.
