Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Property

Pursuant to Section 104DD of the Property Law Amendment Act 1952

Take notice that on the 16th day of February 2000 Wrightson Limited, a duly incorporated company under the Companies Act 1993, having its registered office at Wrightson House, 14 Hartham Place, Porirua, the grantee under the Instrument by Way of Security dated 20 November 1997 by assignment from Rabobank New Zealand Limited (formerly Wrightson Farmers Finance Limited) entered into possession of the livestock subject to that instrument.
